Executive Director
Marijo Rymer The Arc of Colorado |
Marijo Rymer has served as Executive Director of The Arc of Colorado since 2007. She previously served in Colorado executive roles at The Mental Health Center of Denver and American Medical Response. Marijo has more than 25 years of leadership experience in public policy advocacy ranging from healthcare to education to local government. She currently serves as a member of the Colorado Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Commission, JFK Partners Advisory Board, Denver Options DD Mill Levy Advisory Committee, Colorado Non- Profit Association, Public Policy Committee, and the Colorado Fiscal Reform Round-table. She also serves on the CO HCPF Steering Committee for the Medicaid Infrastructure Grant and on the Benefits and Services Work Group for the HCPF Money Follows the Person grant writing committee. Ms. Rymer was elected to the National Council of Executives of The Arc Board of Directors in 2009. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and has completed graduate work in Public Administration at the University of New Mexico. |
Associate Director
Cassidy Dellemonache The Arc of Colorado |
Cassidy Dellemonache joins The Arc of Colorado as Associate Director after serving as the Executive Director of The Arc of Larimer County. She previously was a mental health counselor, and operated a non-profit serving high-risk adolescent as Executive Director. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Counseling and Biblical Studies from Manhattan Christian College, has completed coursework towards her Master’s Degree in Family Life Education and Consultation from Kansas State University, and coursework towards a PhD in the same field of study from KSU – she is working on completing both of these degrees. She lives her life by the short saying that “one hundred years from now…it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. But…the world may be different because I was important in the life of someone else.” She is eager to bring her optimism, sense of justice, and strong work ethic to The Arc of Colorado! |
Projects Coordinator
Heidi Haines |
Heidi Haines joins The Arc of Colorado as our Projects Coordinator with several years of office management, event planning and accounting experience under her belt. She is an active volunteer in the Denver Metro area and has participated in a variety of fundraising events for the Denver Dumb Friends League, the Denver Options’ JumpStart Fund and Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Nonprofit Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is pleased to be part of an organization focused on making the world a better place to live. She looks forward to supporting the staff of The Arc of Colorado fulfill our Core Values: People First, Equity, Community, Self-Determination and Diversity. |
